KRUDD, KYOTO agreement December 4, 2009

None of the countries untill recently agreed on something that would help another country out, but now some of the developed countries have signed the KYOTO agreement which is set up to reduce and limit co2 emissions realesed.
the remaing major developed country that has yet to sign the agreement is America.
